A four-room Georgian B&B above Bath. The owners ran every booking through a third-party listing platform that charged 18% per stay and gave them no editorial control over the brand. We rebuilt the site around a date-range booking engine, founder editorial, and a channel-shift strategy that moved guests off the platform and directly into a branded checkout. Direct bookings grew 62% inside the first month; cancellations dropped because the new flow surfaces deposit + cancellation terms in plain English at the booking step, not in fine print on a confirmation email.
