The brief, the build, the outcome
A 32-seat neighbourhood restaurant with a tight rotating menu and a waitlist that kept growing. The brief was unusual: lower the barrier to booking without giving up the kitchen's editorial voice. We built a six-week menu carousel, WhatsApp table-hold flow for parties under six, and an integrated reservation engine that hands off to OpenTable only when the kitchen is closed. Weekly bookings quadrupled; staff time spent on phone confirmations dropped to almost nothing.
