A regional merchant that had built a loyal following at the till but never converted footfall into online revenue. We rebuilt their digital cellar with curated regional pages, a member-tier price book that quietly rewards repeat customers, and a branded Stripe checkout that defaults to in-store collection (their margin is best on collection). The site reads like an editorial magazine, not a list of SKUs — online revenue grew 38% in the first quarter without a single SKU added to the catalogue.
