Stay & booking

How do I book a room?
Pick the room you want on our main page, hit Check availability, and choose your check-in and check-out dates. We confirm the booking by email straight away.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm onwards. Check-out is by 11am. Early check-in / late check-out is available on request — let us know in advance.
Is breakfast included?
Yes — breakfast is served in the conservatory between 8am and 10am. We can accommodate vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and any allergy with notice.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Inside 7 days we charge 50%; same-day or no-shows are charged in full. We can usually shift your dates instead of charging — just message us.

On-site policies

Do you allow dogs?
Two well-behaved dogs welcome in the Walnut Family room only (£15 per dog per stay). They're welcome in the garden but not at breakfast.
Is there parking?
Free private parking on the driveway. Two 22kW EV chargers — please mention at booking. Spaces are first-come first-served but we've never had a guest go without.
Smoking?
Strictly no smoking inside the building. There's an outdoor smoking area at the bottom of the garden.

Account & payment

Do I need to create an account to order?
No — checkout works as a guest. Creating an account just lets you see your order history and save a wishlist between visits.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for orders over £40. All payments are processed by Stripe and we never see your card details.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Stripe over a TLS-encrypted connection. We're PCI-DSS compliant by design (we never touch your card data).
Can I save a wishlist?
Yes — sign in, tap the heart on any product, and it lives in your account at /account/wishlist. Wishlists are private to you.
