Ordering & delivery

How long does delivery take?
UK orders are dispatched the next working day and arrive in 2–3 days with Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders take 5–10 working days. Use the contact form at the bottom of the home page.
What does shipping cost?
Standard UK shipping is £3.95 — free over £75. Next-day before noon is £6.95. We don't profit on shipping; we charge what the carrier charges us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship across Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia. Duties and taxes are paid by the customer on arrival.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as we hand the parcel to the carrier — usually within 24 hours of you placing the order.

Returns & exchanges

How do I return something?
Drop us a WhatsApp message within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll send you a prepaid Royal Mail return label. We refund within 3 working days of the parcel arriving back with us.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund on unworn / unused items returned within 14 days, in their original packaging. After 14 days we offer store credit only. Sale items are final-sale unless faulty.
Something arrived faulty — what now?
Apologies. Send us photos via WhatsApp and we'll send a replacement out the same working day at no charge. No need to return the faulty item until the replacement arrives.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — send the original back and we'll ship the new size as soon as we get it. We cover return postage on the first exchange.

Account & payment

Do I need to create an account to order?
No — checkout works as a guest. Creating an account just lets you see your order history and save a wishlist between visits.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for orders over £40. All payments are processed by Stripe and we never see your card details.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Stripe over a TLS-encrypted connection. We're PCI-DSS compliant by design (we never touch your card data).
Can I save a wishlist?
Yes — sign in, tap the heart on any product, and it lives in your account at /account/wishlist. Wishlists are private to you.
