Phase 01

Discovery first.

Every engagement opens with a structured workshop. We document your objectives, the journeys your customers take, and the constraints we have to design around, all in writing, before a single design file opens. You approve that brief and the fixed-fee quote before any work begins.

Your part: one workshop, plus the goals and materials you already have.

Phase 02

Design.

We translate the brief into a visual identity and a page-by-page design system. You see the real layout in your own brand, then sign it off. Two formal review rounds are included in every engagement; any further rounds are quoted up front, never quietly assumed.

Phase 03

Engineering.

Your project is custom-coded on Next.js and Postgres, never dropped onto a template. We deploy continuously to a live staging URL, so you watch the build land in real time. Accessibility and Core Web Vitals are handled from the first commit, not bolted on at the end.

Your part: watch it on staging and send feedback as it takes shape.

Phase 04

Launch and handover.

We handle the domain cutover, SSL, and analytics, then hand over a written summary of everything we built. You receive the source code, the design files, and the domain: you own all of it. Fourteen days of post-launch support follow, so nothing is left hanging after go-live.

Your part: approve go-live, then receive everything that was built.

The first few days.

Discovery does not start the moment you get in touch. This is the short, predictable sequence between your first enquiry and kick-off, the same one quoted on the contact page, so the promise never drifts between pages.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

We flag it the moment it comes up, quote the change up front, and only proceed once you approve. The original fixed fee covers the scope in the signed brief, so nothing lands on your invoice by surprise.

How many revision rounds do we get?

Two formal review rounds are included in the design phase of every engagement. If you need more, we quote them before doing the work, never after.

Do we really own everything at the end?

Yes. The source code, the design files, and the domain are all transferred to you. There is no lock-in and nothing tied to us, so you can take the whole project elsewhere whenever you like.

How do we see progress while you build?

Engineering deploys continuously to a live staging URL. You can open it any time and watch the real site take shape, rather than waiting for one big reveal at the end.

What happens after launch?

Fourteen days of post-launch support are included, covering fixes and questions once you are live. Ongoing care and iteration are available if you want us to stay on.
